At Wax Shack, we believe that rules and policies play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. We kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, your appointment is considered a no-call/no-show and you will have to reschedule. If you contact us and we have time to see you, we will let you know. Otherwise, you have missed your appointment and we are under no obligation to perform your services.
  • We require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this 24-hour notice, your appointment is considered a no-call/no-show.
  • A NO CALL/NO SHOW to your appointment will result in a $25 fee. This fee may be invoiced, charged immediately, or added onto the tab at your next appointment. You will not be able to reschedule if this fee is not paid. We try very hard to value and honor the time allotted to you and we ask the same. A missed appointment could have gone to someone else who requested it. Emergencies and medical issues are exceptions. We know things can happen and we are pretty understanding until you take advantage. Please be courteous and let us know if you cannot make it or need to change your appointment time.
  • After 3 no-call/no-show appointments, you will be asked to prepay for any services you book in the future. Any special pricing or offers are stand-alone offers—they cannot be combined.
  • No friends or third parties are allowed in the room unless we have granted permission.
  • Services may be refused or stopped if you have violated any of these policies or display inappropriate or abusive behavior.
